How to kick perfectly

I am back with a new blog about kicks.

Before we start, let me tell you what a kick is.
Actually attacking powerfully with legs are called kicks.
And in Karate we called it Geri. 

Let me tell you most of the people do same mistakes while kicking his opponent and that is the do not strech their toes and increase chances of getting injuries. They can broke their own finger by attacking with their fingers.
However their are some kicks in which we are goin to use our toes but the kick that I am teaching now requires stretched toe with a lot practise.

Now the kick that I am teaching is best for streat fight and it is also called a deadly kick.
It is called Kin geri in karate or you can call it kick in the groin.

This kick is used to attack between the legs of the opponent with stretched feet. This will damage his lower part and also in some cases it can lead to the death.

Like this you need to attack with power as I told you if you will practise this kick, it is going to be your pet kick that you can use at any street fight.
Please I request you to practise it.
Let me show to proper steps to do it perfectly
Like this you have to kick with your back leg
Step 1: Keep one of your leg forward and one at back remember that your leg should not be in same line ,it should be at 60 degree angle

Step 2:Lift your back leg up and try to balance on one leg this will increase the speed of kick.

Step 3:Attack powerfully between the legs of your opponent. And after that get your leg back with speed

You can practise it at your home.
